Meet Jerry James

Husband, father of 3 – Productivity Coach – Entrepreneur – Strategic thinker and Positive influencer

Jerry James is a productivity coach and bullet journal specialist based in Bella Vista AR.  He is the Founder of Manage the Mayhem.  Jerry provides productivity coaching programs to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Hi, I’m Jerry James.
I have been in the cooperate sector of management for over 25 years. Before setting up my coaching business I was a Retail Store Manager at the Home Depot (The #1 Home Improvement Retailer in the world.) responsible for a store generating over $40 Million Dollars, while managing over 150 associates. I was responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability while developing strategies, providing world class customer service and leading and motivating a team of associates in executing these strategies and objectives. My leadership, organizational skills, and ability to optimize productivity while delivering profitable results were a key factor in my corporate success.

I made the life choice in 2021 to change career paths. During the past couple of years, I have dreamed of taking my leadership, business, organizational and productivity skills to form a coaching platform to pass along my skills and to help others become successful on a professional and personal level. I have a passion for Time Management and Productivity.

Numerous colleagues, friends and family have said I have a propensity for being very organized. I want to share my knowledge and help others create the time needed to live the life they want.

I write at managethemayhem.blog on the subjects of time management, productivity, and goal setting.  At times throwing in my own experiences from the retail world.

When we relocated to North West Arkansas a few years ago, my wife and I noticed that there was a large demand for small business and home organizational specialists. We started to formulate a plan that would allow us to start a business that would help small business owners, as well as people working from home, to maximize their time and space more effectively.

Our goal is to offer affordable organization and time management solutions. I have been helping people all of my career in the areas of organization, logistics, project management and social media marketing. I am a very organized person, who has at times, been called a neat freak. I am very proud of that title.
